Description

Grant Burge is a 5th Generation Vigneron. The history of the Burge family and their long association with winemaking in the region can be traced back to March 1855, when noted tailor John Burge immigrated to Lyndoch in Australia with his wife Eliza and their two sons, Meshach and Henry.

This elegantly structured and beautifully balanced wine is a wonderful example of cool climate Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate this wine has intense up front flavours of citrus and tropical fruits, with a touch of creamy complexity and a crisp lingering finish. A vibrant wine that goes well with fresh fish and salad dishes.

Tasting Notes
