Water, vegetable protein (23%) (soy, wheat), tomato, onion, garlic, sugar, caramelised sugar, vegetable protein extract (soy), salt, flavour, spices, thickener (xanthan gum), vegetable oil, minerals (zinc, iron), vitamin (B12).
Preparation Instructions
How to prepare: Ready in 8 minutes. Pan Fry or Pot: Add 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil and cook until brown on medium to high heat using a wooden spoon to separate. Over cooking dries and toughens. Heat thoroughly and evenly before eating.
Usage Instructions
Once opened use within 2 days.
